who we are
The International Leadership Council is a University of Chicago student organization founded in 2003 by Karan Goel in order to connect business oriented students and provide a platform for the sharing of knowledge and ideas. Over the past eleven years, ILC has expanded to provide members with two updated, specialized divisions: Finance and Startup.
Finance aims to give its members a groundwork in financial theory and a setting to discuss market movements, practice industry research, and provide analysis and commentary. Check out ILC: Finance's blog here.
Startup provides its members with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, technology, and the business and logistics of creating and maintaining a startup. Learn more at ilcstartup.org.
These divisions have created a supportive network on which to build and grow. With weekly meetings and a competitive membership, ILC remains one of the leading student organizations on campus.
