theILC highly values the ability for our members to get jobs through training as well as experience. We believe it is the first step each of our members take into expanding their networks, broadening their horizons and testing their capabilities in the professional world.

Upon request, employers may receive a resume book consisting of all the appropriate applicants from our member pool.
